The Fair Trade Compliance Program Declaration Ceremony is designed for employees to internalize the commitment to voluntary compliance and implement it in their actions. On July 13, 2023, POSCO Group University plans to introduce the Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP).

The CP is an internal compliance system operated independently by the company and its employees, representing a solid commitment to actively and voluntarily comply with the law and refrain from violations in pursuit of fair competition. With the introduction of CP, POSCO Group University should continually educate employees and conduct internal checks to preemptively identify legal and ethical risks surrounding the corporate environment, thus preventing and improving potential external risks.

By adopting the Fair Trade Compliance Program, POSCO Group University aims to play a leading role in normalizing a fair trade compliance culture, pursuing co-prosperity values with all stakeholders, and growing together.

Employees are encouraged to put forth their best efforts in forming fair trade relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers under the management philosophy of 'Growing Together as a Corporate Citizen' and to actively practice the Fair Trade Compliance Program to create sustainable values continuously.
